The focus of this research is on advancingunderstanding of EIP at work in China. It sets out to examine theextent of practice adoption, and inquire the management intention,employee perception and the challenges from the internal andexternal environment in relation to the practice adoption. It alsotries to understand the applicability of EIP practice in innovationand quality enhancement industries.
