It lies immediately to the South of the Perron property (See map no. 2). Its area is 661 acres. It is only about a mile away from the main highway between Val-D'Or and Senneterre and the distance to Val-D'Or is 13 miles. The distance to Pascalis station, on the new C.N.R. line from Val-D'Or to Noranda is about six miles.
