Confirmation of Publishing Agreement   Publisher Agrees To: Dissertation.com (The Publisher) agrees to pay an annual royalty of twenty percent (20%) on sales of the work after the first five copies sold in each calendar year when sold through a bookstore or discounted from the retail price, and forty percent (40%) on all sales after the first five copies sold in each calendar year when sold directly by the Publisher at the full retail price.
