A feasible, desirable, viable and impactful business strategy with potential to bring an innovative and context-fitted value proposition (Majicast) closer to the lives of low-income people with mobility disabling conditions at BoP in Colombia though a service outreach delivery infrastructure. With this approach, a non-profit organization based in The Netherlands is given the opportunity to dabble in two complementary business alternatives throughout the implementation, selection and replication of the most reasonable business model for the long run in Colombia.
