EDELWEISS is a direct Dark Matter search program looking for WIMPs in the GeV-TeV mass range by using an array of cryogenic Ge mono-crystals read out simultaneously by NTD thermal sensors and by surface electrodes. In this thesis, a new electronics DAQ system providing time resolved ionization channel readout as an additional tool for surface event discrimination has been developed. Results show that using the pulse shape of ionization signals allows discrimination of surface background.
