Being part of a larger organization and forced to meet diverse standards of quality and economic performance, how does the leader of Danhostel Faxe maintain balance between being a profitable member of chain and, in the same time, an ethic social enterprise that successfully delivers social value to the community? Or the other way around: how does the organization manage to keep into account the special needs of its employees and successfully integrate and empower then to build a normal life, while in the same time striving to meet the financial standards imposed by the chain that they are a part of? Advisors/Committee Members: Cokpekin, Ozge (advisor).
