Abstract

This project aimed to study the aemologenin-KLK4 interactions in the enamel matrix during enamel development, which will be achieved by locating the binding domains on amelogenin to KLK4. The self-assembly of amelogenin was also studied in order to determine whether or not the self-interactions of amelogenin proteins in the matrix, as a group, could affect their interactions with the KLK4.
