This thesis utilizes generational theory as a predictive tool, to explore how a collective generational peer personality can become a driver of change in future workplace interiors with a specific focus on the complex and rapidly evolving needs of global law firms. Advanced and integrated technology is proposed as a solution to the static nature of standard build-outs and emerging technological innovations are evaluated as a means of discussing a plausible future. This research provided a foundation for the development of a highly advanced modular office prototype that caters to the specific needs of global law firms as they transition into a global economy of digital information.
