Abstract

The results of the investigations already carried out along the line of the effect of cotton seed meal upon butter have been marked by a lack of uniformity of results. In view of this it seems desirable to conduct this experiment with the object of ascertaining the effect of cotton seed meal on the churnability of cream and its influence upon the market qualities of butter.
