The present work is an application of Tamm's method of extraction for the study of sail profiles. O. Tamm in 1922, studied the movement of iron, aluminum and silica in the soil, by making extracts of each horizon of the profile with an aqueous solution of a mixture of ammonium oxalate and oxalic acid.
