Abstract

In Brekke et al's previous papers, they followed an experiment design and built a model to explain the personal contribution in a group formation based on the public goods game. My paper is using the experiment data and the post experiment survey result to test the correlation between individual moral behaviour and the firms' CSR level. One implication is that personal contribution in the group will have a direct negative correlation with his willingness on being his own boss and good salary, which means corporate workers will be more attractive to the CSR firms.
