Abstract
This master thesis is part of the project that Statistics Netherlands (CBS) conducts for the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs. The main purpose of this project is to study the influence of ICT on productivity and economic growth. This thesis had three objectives: (1) to define ICT and indicators to measure ICT intensity, (2) to investigate the influence of ICT on productivity growth, and (3) to list the complementary factors of ICT that influence the productivity growth.
