Abstract

Nowadays the world expects more production with less time less cost less staffs based on lean manufacturing Kaizen In the present scenario the Modern Engineering and Industrial Manufacturing unit unavoidably face a lot of problems in many aspects such as newlinemachining time raw material man power electricity and constraints given by the newlinecustomers The Job Shop Scheduling Problem JSSP is a complex optimization newlineproblem that is encountered in a range of industrialized environment Scheduling is newlinecommonly considered as one of the most important issues in the planning and operation of a manufacturing system and also the process of assigning tasks to resources in time For each job in a Job Shop Scheduling Problem there is a sequence of operations which needs to be processed without interruption on a given machine for a given period of time More than one operation of the same job cannot be processed concurrently The objective of Job Shop Scheduling Problem is to find a feasible schedule that minimizes the make newlinespan time required for completing a finished product newline newline%%%reference p317-339.
