The ROLL OUT THE TALENT project was born out of the desire to recognise and support the strengths of vocational students and to develop new and innovative operating models. ROLL OUT THE TALENT promoted regional cooperation between institutes and companies. The project produced operating and study path models that take into consideration the individual strengths of vocational students and the principles of lifelong learning. This is the final report of the ROLL OUT THE TALENT project, and it describes the implementation of the project and its results. The purpose of this publication is to disseminate the good practices produced in the project, both nationally and internationally. The publication is aimed at workplace supervisors, vocational teachers, student counsellors, the management of institutes, teacher trainers and all those interested in developing vocational top expertise.
