Abstract
A bachelor project on the empowering force of ICTs in the context of Lima, Peru. The ICT program at the NGO ADC has been analyzed in order to see the empowering process that the women participating in this program undertake. Furthermore the disocurse at the NGO is analyzed to see how is open up for new opportunities for the women.
