Diplomová práca je zameraná na riešenie aktuálneho a akutného problému výroby tvarovej hriadele “Hohlwelle” vo firme Vekastool. Tri návrhy riešenia boli sústredené na dokončovaciu operáciu diery Φ30 H7, z ktorých dva boli priamo odtestované vo firme. Jedna z nich bola návrh a realizácia nového vyvrtávacieho nástroja firmou Ham-Final , ktorá priniesla zníženie nákladov o dve tretiny.; This diploma thesis deals with solving an actual and acute problem of production efficiency of the shaped shaft “Hohlwelle” manufacturing in a company Vekastool. Three ideas were concentrated on finishing operation of hole Φ30 H7 from which two of them were verified in company. One of them was design and realization of a new boring bar by Ham-Final which decreased the production expenses by two thirds.
